On the one hand, electronic mail saves paper, but how romantic is that? I keep in touch with my friends this way, and miss the excitement of finding that little white envelope in the mailbox. Ironically, the last "letter" I wrote was to myself, a few years ago. I was recovering from a medical/life crisis and needed to get back in touch with myself. I just found the letters, written in a book, last night, and read some of them. They are full of advice and quotes and love, and really helped me get through a time when no one else could help me. Writing can be a powerful tool, it takes you out of your self. Writing letters, to anyone, is good therapy, no matter the format!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00161023348815558447noreply@blogger.com
